Terms of service

for commissions

general terms

- I may record the working process and post it here or on my other social media.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

PAYMENT

- Currency accepted is USD and can be paid via Google Pay, Apple Pay, any other mobilepay or bank transfer.
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after draft approval.
- Do not send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as the complexity of the piece, other work etc.
- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image via email.

REVISION

- You get 5 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
- A fee will be added for any changes thereafter. It may range from $10 to $50.
- To avoid repeated revisions, be precise and clear with your brief.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

As the designer/artist, I'm permitted to use the product to:- promote myself with it on my social media.
- publish tutorials, blogs etc.As the commissioner, you are permitted to:- upload the commissioned work on any website and social media.
- NOT make profits from the commissioned piece as a nft product.
- NOT change the commissioned artwork without my (the designer/artist's) consent.
- commercial use must be discussed upon and mentioned beforehand.

THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:

- reproducing/using the copyrighted work commercially - means making money off it in any way without being permitted to or discussed previously.
- claiming the piece as your own.
- altering the work without my consent.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

- The buyer is NOT allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you may receive a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
